Gathered front cap embellished with pink silk ribbon rosettes with larger pink rosettes surrounded by creamy hued silk ribbons at each side. Juliet cap with long extended veil embroidered around the edges.

For reference, mannequin head measures 20 1/2" around. I have a 22" head and it fit great.
Condition: Good!
Elastic has lost it's spring and has a scrunchy sound if you try to pull it. A few minor spots to net.
