As-found Victorian black silk and Chantilly lace capelet. Lovely soutache embroidered silk upper yoke with gathered silk and lace trim featuring a sweeping scalloped Chantilly lace flared hem. Interior yoke is lined with green silk. 2 hook and eye closures.
