Antique Late 1910s early 1920s Sequined Ivory Silk and Lace Angel Sleeve Bohemian Wedding Dress, Small

Ethereal antique late 1910s early 1920s cream silk and floral net lace wedding dress featuring iridescent sequins and sequined ball tassels! I adore the neckline and silhouette - very bohemian goddess vibe. She's styled with a square cut front neckline embellished with faux pearls and beaded, sequined net trim. The center bodice features a sequined net V formation and lace trimmed silk extends from both sides of bodice around to the backside creating 'winged' angel sleeves with sequined ball tassels embellishing the back. A gathered silk cummerbund encircles the empire style high waist with elongated back tails. From the empire waist flows the flowing ankle length skirt. The bodice has a thin cotton silk lining with interwoven diamonds that is visible at the top back closure area. The dress has an inner cotton waistband with two hook eye closures. Hook and eye closures down center back to hip with a snap at left side waistline. The skirt is lined on the backside with cotton, however, the front is not lined.

Presents very beautifully even with her flaws!

Models measurements are 31.5" bust and 25-25 1/2" waist. The waist definitely had room to accommodate a couple more inches.

Condition: Good / Can be worn but take care when closing the hooks and eyes to not stress the cotton/silk material.

Spotting to silk with some light water stains. 2 seamed darns created next to top closures on back and 1 small weak spot. Inner cotton lining back skirt is stained and has a hole. Please enlarge photos for detail.

Please note: I have not washed this dress. I recommend only a very gentle hand wash of the skirt portion without getting the bodice wet due to the embellishments and fine lace.
