Vintage 1930s 40s Peplum Jacket Blouse, 30s Blouse, Gold Printed Floral Evening Top, Large

Eye-catching vintage 1930s or 1940s multi-color floral peplum blouse overlaid with a gold print! She's styled with a large winged V collar neckline, gathered bracelet length sleeves, double breasted button down closures, slightly flared front hem with a more pronounced elongated back peplum featuring a button accented band. Size 44 tag label at inner nape.

I am having a hard time nailing down her material - she has a somewhat satiny feel on the outside (minus the gold print) and a slicker more rayon feel to the interior.

For reference, dress form has a 40" bust (snug) and a 30" waist.

Condition: Good!
There are some water type stains (you need to closely examine to find and 2 of them are hidden from outer view as they are located on the underside of the winged collar). Small hole to upper back (shown from inside so it's easier to see) and some tiny pin prick holes near sleeve hems.

I have not washed. I do think the water stains will lift however as I'm not quite sure of the material content, I am not comfortable trying a hand wash yet.
