Late 1910s 1920s Chain Stitch Embroidered Wool Dress, Arts & Crafts 1920s Dress, L - XL

Antique late 1910s to very early 1920s navy blue wool dress featuring arts & crafts style beige silk chain stitch embroidery in an abstract looping pattern. Styled with a square cut neckline featuring long lapels that extend to hemline, long sleeves with embroidered hems and a loose shift silhouette with a partially attached waistband embellished with zebra print circle medallions on the front sides. The dress closes up left side bodice with 5 large snaps and the waistband has four snap closures. The sleeve hems have soutache braid at ends.
