Ethereal whispy antique 1910s light green silk Edwardian dress styled with flattering ruching around the waistline and center bust. She's designed with an embroidered net lace neckline, tuck flaps accenting the shoulders, 7/8 length sleeves and a flowing ankle / floor length skirt. The dress closes with hook and eyes down the back center partially into the skirt. The silk is very fine and feels heavenly ~ as she's thin and delicate, you'll want to wear with care to preserve her nature.
From a recent consignment collection, this dress was handmade by my consignor's maternal great grandmother, Minna Martha Germann Poole or her great great grandmother, Anna Barbara Ramseier Germann who was Minna's mother. Anna and her husband immigrated from Bern, Switzerland in 1879, because their families didn't approve of their marriage. They became farmers and Minna was born in 1881 in Manhattan, Kansas. This dress would have been worn in the 1900s 1910s by either Anna or Minna.

For reference, model had a 31.5" bust and 25" waist. The waist was not snug, but this dress is best for a looser more flowing fit.

A few light spots to silk and 1 minor spot at net neckline. Some pricking and small holes to silk (most notable on skirt near hem). A couple very small holes to net lace neckline. Back RS near seam has 2 thin areas and a spot underneath. Previous darn patch to BR bodice. Underarm pic to show some wear to silk - no holes here but I wanted to show weakened areas.
Presents beautifully! As mentioned in description, the silk is fine so I recommend gentle wear and care.
