Vintage 1920s 2pc Cotton Plaid Dress and Apron Smock Top with Side Ties, XS - S

Darling vintage 1920s white cotton and cornflower blue and tangerine plaid day dress with a separate apron style smock top featuring long side ties! I believe this would have been a juniors dress, but she will fit a petite woman. Two pieces - which look adorable together and also hold their own as separates.

The dress has a rounded neckline trimmed in plaid, slightly puffed short sleeves with ruffle trim, shift silhouette with drop waist and a plaid skirt that falls just above the knees. No closures on the dress - you'll need to be able to pull her on over your head.

The apron smock top has open sides with long tie closures. The shoulders feature antique mother of pearl buttons with hidden snap closures on the undersides.

A fabulous versatile dress set from the 1920s that's freshly cleaned and ready to wear!

For reference: I am 5'2" with a 31.5" bust circumference and a 25" waist.

Condition: Very Good / Freshly Cleaned / Ready to Wear!

Dress: Barely perceptible yellow tint to underarms. Minor thin spot above waistline. Minor spot near hem.

Smock: 2 darns. Minor spotting at shoulder. One side sash has some spots.

*Please note: the dress neckline was widened and the plaid trim was added from hem allowance. Due to previous tear at smock shoulders, the snap closures and antique mother of pearl buttons were added.*
