Vintage 1930s Sequin Gown, 30s Tulle Evening Dress, Pale Peach Embellished Tulle Gown, Small

Beautiful custom made vintage 1930s pale peach tulle evening gown heavily embellished with shimmering pinkish purple gelatin sequins amidst swirling vines of metallic copper gilt thread-work and clusters of pinkish purple and grayish white 'grape' pearls! A sparing amount of frosted white leaf beads also accent the neckline. Styled with sequin covered straps, a sweetheart neckline, wide waist panel and flowing floor length skirt of two layers of tulle followed by a peach under slip partially attached at the neckline. The tulle dress has a side metal Talon zipper and the peach under slip has snaps and eye/hook closures at left side. No labels, however, I purchased this gown with another 1930s tulle gown which was also custom made for the original owner.

Condition: Good-
Most notable are lightened water type spots on the tulle skirt. The skirt also has some orangish yellow spots as well as one on the front bodice. A smattering of minor specks. Underarm yellowing with a tear to left side. Fabric inset patch to slip at right underarm. Upper back has light yellowing. Sequin straps are shredding metallic threading.

Please note: even with the condition issues, this gown presents beautifully. The skirt issues are hard to see unless slowly examining. I have not washed nor cleaned. As the sequins are gelatin, this gown should not be dry-cleaned and spot cleaning is the only option as the sequins will not stand up to a wet clean.
