Rare Vintage 1930s 40s Suit, R&K Original Dijon Wool Peplum Bodice and Skirt, WWII Era Ladies Wool Suit, 1930s 1940s Fashion

Rare vintage R&K Original label dating from the late 1930s to early 1940s mustard dijon wool skirt suit! The suit bodice top features a square cut neckline with padded shoulders and long sleeves with triple tuck seams near hems, wonderful raised wool swirling floral embroidery at upper chest, ruching at sides of nipped waistline which also features four flattering tuck seams that lead way to a flared fitted peplum-esque hem! The top closes with buttons down the back nape and four hidden buttons and one eye/hook at the left side. The paneled skirt has a slight flare and closes with three hidden button closures up the left side and a plastic yellow button closure at side waistband. A wonderful historical ladies suit from the WWII era and a rare label to boot!

Condition: Good!

Skirt: A handful of minor spots on skirt front (9th pic). Minor fuzz to wool.
Top: 1 small chew hole on front, 3 very minor spots. Darkening at underarms along with fuzzy pilling (last collage).
