Antique 1920s Flapper Cloche Hat, Vintage 20s Velvet Wide Brim Hat with Ruched Silk Ornamentation, Bulena Hat Paris New York

A gorgeous flapper era hat ~ it does need some TLC so is offered at a great price. Looking at the top (outside) of the hat, it is wonderful!

Green velvet is the base of this exquisite ruched velvet hat featuring silk "flowers" or circles. Inside the circles are sewn-in wood triangular beads. The gold tone ruching is made of velvet, whereas the lavender ruching is made of silk. Silk embroidery lines or stems also accent the hat. Very stylish hat and so of the era!

Label: Inside of cap has "Bulena Hat" along with Paris and New York.

Fit / Measurements
Outside measurement of hat is approx. 12 1/2" across side to side and 11" front to back. Inside where head would go is approx. 8" from front to back and 6" side to side. I would say it fits a S/M head.

Condition: The main issue with the hat is the underside of the brim and edge where it attaches to top side. This was covered in green silk and it is very shredded. Would be great if someone can either stabilize what is there or recover the inside section.
The lavender ruching has a slight amount of shredding as well, see magnified pictures.
