Vintage 1940s Teal and Purple Color Block Skirt and Blouse Set, 40s Top Skirt Dress Suit Set

Fantastic vintage 1940s 2pc skirt and batwing blouse color block set in teal and purple! I love this color combination and each piece look fabulous as separates as well. The 1940s blouse is made of a semi-glazed cotton with a purple body and cuffed short sleeves showing off teal and white stripes with a thin red stripe. The blouse is styled with a V neckline, padded shoulders and batwing sleeves, flattering seamwork throughout and four white button down closures. A faux ' pocket' encircles the entire hem. The skirt is such a gorgeous shade of teal made of right hand cotton blend twill. High waistband and wonderful swing to the skirt. The skirt closes at the left hand side with snaps and two hook/eyes at waistband.
