Styled with a high collar neckline and a tucked yoke featuring white trimmed blue panels; gathered 3/4 length full sleeves with blue trimmed cuffs, gathered pigeon breast bodice that extends into a curved waistline trimmed in blue cotton and a pleated ankle to floor length skirt. The dress closes with buttons down the back partially into skirt.
