1900s Edwardian Silk Floss Embroidered Net Lace Blouse Antique Walking Bodice, 25 Waist

Wonderful antique 1900s Edwardian blouse or walking bodice featuring gorgeous silk floss floral embroidered trim on black net in shades of purple, pale mauve, golden orange, green and blue with bronze metallic bullion interwoven throughout. High standing collar of cream lace with scalloped stays for shape. The body of the blouse is a black linen wool type blend - it's not scratchy. The blouse closes with hook and eyes up the entire left hand side. Collar has hook/eye closures at center back.
