Antique 1910s Titanic Era Black Tape Lace Dress, Edwardian Evening Dress, Medium Large


Beautiful antique early 1910s black silk tape lace and net evening dress featuring beaded tassels and braided fringe! This gown is a work of art featuring swirling floral designs made out of silk tape lace on a dotted net ground. She's styled with a beaded trimmed scoop neckline with short beaded tassel fringe that also embellishes the short sleeves. Empire waist seam and body skimming silhouette that has a subtle flared skirt. The net over layer has braided tassel fringe that enhances the hem. Solid black silk lines the entire dress with French seams. She closes with hook/eyes down back interior silk and outer net to around the hipline.
