1910s Edwardian Nightgown Dress, Antique Embroidered White Cotton Eyelet Lace Summer Petticoat Dress

The sweetest antique Edwardian embroidered white cotton eyelet lace nightgown / petticoat dress circa 1910s that'd be a perfect summer dress! She's styled with a square cut scalloped and floral embroidered neckline, elasticized waist (elastic is shot) and a floral embroidered and scalloped lace skirt with a pink silk ribbon draw-through tie. Three button closures up the back - I've shown the top button both closed and folded open.
