HOLD Late 1910s 1920s Dress, 2pc Antique Brown Silk Georgette Blouse and Asymmetrical Slip Dress

Two piece brown silk dress set circa late 1910s early 1920s. Sleeveless under slip with a brown satin bodice and asymmetrical silk georgette petal hem. The sheer silk georgette blouse has a curved neckline and half length sleeves featuring a drop waist panel of swirling ornamental floral silk with a flower corsage accenting the left side. The back is double layered with an outer most panel of the floral silk featured at front drop waist. Four painted buttons accent the shoulders. The blouse closes with snaps down the center back of the interior layer. The slip dress has no closures - you'll need to be able to pull on over your head.

Please note: there are finished openings at each side of blouse. Blouse originally would have had a belt or sash to tie around waist.

Slip: Gray streak across top bust of slip dress & green discoloration under right underarm.
