Vintage 30s Dress, 1930s Black Rayon Velvet Party Dress with Rhinestone Belt, Small

Vintage 1930s charcoal black silk rayon party dress trimmed in jet black silk velvet. She's styled with a silk velvet sleeveless V'd cowl neckline embellished with a rayon 'fan' with a center black button accent. Her waist is defined with a black velvet rhinestone buckled belt and the flirty flared asymmetrical calf length skirt features a tier of velvet trim. The upper bust is lined and the dress closes with snaps along the left side.

Condition: Good to Very Good!
Silk rayon has a subtle dryness - she's still strong to wear though.
A handful of very small holes to velvet @ cowl neck (concealed by cowl folds).
Skirt has been shortened due to a prior tear at hem and the material was used to make a rayon 'fan' embellishment which was added to conceal a more notable small hole to silk velvet at upper left bust.
Velvet belt doesn't have a finished hole for the buckle prong to go through.
