Vintage 1920s Peacock Beaded Velvet Opera Cape with Rabbit Fur Trim, 20s Flapper Cape

Marvelous antique vintage 1920s black velvet opera cape featuring two large beaded peacocks! The glass beadwork is intricate in clear glass seed beads. Whitish blonde rabbit fur trims the neckline and sweeping hem. The cape closes with 1 large hook/eye at center neckline along with two thick braided cords with tassels that I've tied in a bow. The cape is fully lined in pink polished cotton and there is 1 interior pocket in the lining. Super cool design from the Art Deco era - would be a great addition to any collector's wardrobe!

Condition: Very Good!
The rabbit fur is shredding a bit. I used tape to remove the hairs from the velvet, but if you store this folded up, you'll need either a lint roller or tape to remove the fur strands that shred. Minor wear to velvet & some light discoloration to lining.
