1910s Wide Brim Velvet Hat, Antique Edwardian Black Blue Velvet Silver Sprigs Leaf Design Hat

Gorgeous antique 1910s black velvet wide brim hat with cobalt blue velvet trimming the brim, and underside, interwoven with silver thread. A silver and blue silk ribbon encircles the crown with a tie bow back and striking silver blue velvet leaves, silver petals and long silver sprigs accent the front left side. She has a deep round crown and is lined with black silk. No label.

Presents beautifully and in very good condition with minor flaws.

Size: 22 - 23" circumference; will fit smaller as well
Mannequin head is 20 1/2" around and I have a 22" head circumference and it fit very well - not too snug and not loose.
Outer Brim measures approx. 40" around
Inner crown measures approx. 23" around and approx. 5" deep

Condition: Very Good!
Silk lining crown is fragile and shredding. Two large safety pins underneath front side brim are holding the silver petal/leaf/sprigs snugly in place. Very minor wear to velvet.
