Vintage 1930s Liquid Gold Evening Dress, 30s Dress, Plunging Open Back Jeweled Bias Cut 1930s Gown, Old Hollywood Glam Red Carpet Dress

A total head turner in the prettiest shimmering light gold hue, this incredible vintage 1930s luscious metallic gold liquid silk evening gown is worthy of the red carpet! She's sleeveless styled with wide gathered shoulder straps that extend down into an open plunging V'd back and her captivating front features a glittering rhinestone encrusted and beaded winged bust and half moon shaped ornamental belted waist. She finished her look with a flattering body skimming Art Deco seamed floor length bias cut skirt with a side slit at left hem. No closures - you'll need to be able to pull on over your head.

Label: None / There is a piece of purple fabric stitched at inner seam of slit with marking "2 7PW7922-1" - maybe this was a museum deaccession piece.
Content: Liquid gold silk, prong-set rhinestone aqua and clear white glass seed beads

*Shown on dress form with 33" bust and 24.5" waist. Model has a 31.5" bust, 25.5" waist and 37" hips. Two seams have been created at bust sides - which would allow for an additional 2" in the bust if they were let out.*

Condition: Very Good!
Some pricks / scuffs - 1 resulting in a pulled outer thread. A couple light stains (most notable shown). A few tiny open stitch marks. Scuffing & minor spotting around hem. Seams added to bust sides - mentioned above and shown in last image collage.
