Gorgeous vintage early 1930s black lace trim sheer floral print dress. She's styled with a lace trim front neckline with pointed lace sides, bell shaped lace flutter sleeves that are open at the bottoms, an illusion bodice with a partially attached V'd black under slip and an ankle to floor length skirt with a sweeping asymmetrical lace trimmed flared hem. She closes with 3 snaps up the left side waist area. No other closures - you'll need to be able to pull on over your head.

One skinny belt loop but no belt. I assume she had a clasp belt originally.
Interior bodice has remnants of nude silk lining that is no longer present (9th pic). Two vertical tears to slip at side (10th pic) - not visible on outside when wearing. Lace trimming neckline isn't perfectly symmetrical - right side point is larger than left side.
