Lovely antique early 1900s Edwardian pale beige and white striped gauze cotton linen blouse and skirt dress set! The material is semi-sheer with the traditional slubs of linen, however it have a more gauzy cotton feel with interwoven stripes. The bodice has a fitted round neckline, vertical pin tucks and lace appliqué trim; flared 3/4 length sleeves and a pouched pigeon breast with nipped waistline. The outer bodice closes with hooks and eyes. The interior is lined (with exception of sleeves) with a separate cotton bust that has it's own separate hook and eye closures and covered boned seams.
The high waist calf to ankle length skirt has been altered in the back by adding seams (some quite large) which create a more fitted front. Three side snap closures. I've left the skirt as-found.
Best Fit: XS - Small (note asterisk on waist of skirt)

Hip: Approx. 38" (17" across front; 21" across back due to gathers created by seams)
Length: 34" (front hem) and 35" (back hem)

Shoulder Width: 13 3/4" across rounded seam; 15" across top back shoulders
Sleeve Length: Approx. 20"
*Waist can be enlarged by taking out the added seams. For reference, model measures 31.5" bust and 25 - 25.5" waist. Waist was very snug.
Condition: Good / Cleaned / Ready to Wear!
Spotting / discoloration to interior cotton bust & a handful of very faint spots on outside.
Altered skirt seams mentioned above, some holes / weak areas to skirt and a couple faint spots.
